How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 60% advance payment.
When is the remaining payment due?
The remaining balance must be cleared before the event or project begins.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Can I request urgent delivery?
Absolutely! We offer express delivery whenever possible. Additional charges may apply.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and cancellation charges will apply as per our Terms & Conditions.
Who owns the copyright?
ATR Production House retains the copyright to all content created. Usage rights are provided as agreed for your project.
Will my project be kept confidential?
Of course. We respect your privacy and keep all project details and client information strictly confidential.
How long will my download link be available?
Your download link will remain active for 30 days. We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as possible.
How long do you keep my project files?
We safely store your project files, including RAW footage and images, for 30 days after delivery. After that, they are permanently deleted from our system, so please make sure to download or request any files within this period.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
To help us deliver the best results, we request timely approvals, necessary permissions (including drone permissions), venue access, and any required logistics or information before the shoot.
How can I get a quote?
Simply fill out our enquiry form or get in touch with us via call, WhatsApp, or email. We’ll send you a customised quote based on your requirements.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! We undertake projects locally, across India, and internationally.
How long does it take to deliver the final content?
Delivery timelines depend on the type and scope of your project. We’ll always share the estimated delivery schedule before your shoot begins.
